Is Brew It Up! Personal Brewery & Grill ~
coming back to life in Sacramento?
Thanks to the enthusiasm from thousands of
friends & fans of Brew It Up! we've not lost our drive to re-launch
the business. A small group of investors have come
together, and with the vision and lessons learned by Brew It Up!
founder Michael Costello, we believe this group will succeed in
putting Northern California's Finest Personal Brewery back on the
map!
Where??? We're focused on a site in
the heart of the region with ample parking and easy access to I-5,
I-80 and downtown Sacramento... we're excited about having a 95691
zip code too.
What??? The new Brew It Up! will be
a smaller operation ~ with all things beer & brewing taking
priority! As a pub & restaurant, it'll be casual, fun and
approachable for any occasion. The beer-hall atmosphere will
be a perfect place to hang with friends & family while enjoying
dozens of craft brewed beers. You'll recognize a few favorites
from our days in Sacramento ~ but "gastro-pub" inspired menu will be
much smaller, seasonal, and locally sourced.
You're also sure to enjoy the huge beer
garden and outdoor events space.
When??? Development moves at a
glacial pace. We've set our sights on a specific property, and
are developing budgets, talking to investors and partners (Who
wants a piece of the action?) It's too soon to say
when everything will come together - but we do know where & what the
new Brew It Up! will be.
